work you'll do/responsibilities
as an analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients' business needs. Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by deloitte consulting llp.
• verify and input data into payroll system
• ensure separations are properly processed and payment made via regular or off-cycle pay runs.
• responds to routine inquiries (cases) from employees, hr, and managers.
• experience in being part of end-to-end payroll operations for mid-size payroll clients.

qualifications
required
• 1-3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• advanced english level
• experience in any hcm/payroll cloud application as a business user
• resolving employee payroll queries
preferred
• moderate knowledge of us / canada / costa rica payroll is desirable.
• experience in processing manual calculations for loa, salary changes, mid period hires and terminations is desirable
• experience in handling time tracking tool and perform overtime
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• ability to multi-task and handle time sensitive tasks
• maintain high accuracy standards and strong attention to details.
