*position purpose*
governance the kpis of all the organization with a holistic and global scope, search the link between different departments.
implement the use of institutional scorecards, dashboards, and storytelling.
design, implement and support the model de business intelligence for the financial, rrhh and marketing departments.
identify the needs of information by every department to create a roadmap of solutions for decision support.
the manager is responsible for the delivery on time of every data project and makes the business cases for every initiative relates to data analysis.
create the functions and methodology of the new web analytics service.
develop a statistical and financial foundation with insights and forecast scope.
*primary accountabilities*:
- design and execute the data governance strategy, identifying and managing the kpis of the organization.
- implementation of a robust information analysis model following the best practices that support the areas of finance, human resources, marketing in their decision-making process, always seeking the profitability of the company.
- creation of official scorecards and dashboards have a global scope.
storytelling about the main topics and concerns of the mlt.
- design and ensure the correct execution of the functions and methodology of the new web analytics service.
- identify the needs of clients to propose business cases supported by information systems, ensuring their execution on time and on budget.
as well as the measurement of the economic success of the projects.
- propose new kpi's, reports and dashboards to support business decision.
*education & experience*
level of formal education: a master's degree (ma, ms, mba) or equivalent.
area of study: data science or bi (prefered), business administrations, finance, actuarial science, economist or comparable field.
years of experience: five to seven years.
type of experience: analysis of global information of the organization, making executive presentations for vps or boards.
consolidation and transformation of information into knowledge.
development of storytelling and insights.
financial or strategic planning areas.
special certifications or technical skills: advanced visualizations, data extraction, data mining.
other/preferred: sas, sql programming, power bi, tableau.
