role responsibilities
* execute end-to-end digital illustration workflows using krita or libresprite.
* develop concepts, compositions, and fully rendered artwork demonstrating professional techniques.
* document artistic decisions, layer structures, and creative problem-solving steps for ai training.
* refine color, value, brush usage, and visual design throughout each project.
* collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve creative workflows.
* troubleshoot and resolve creative or technical illustration challenges.
requirements
* proven expertise in krita or libresprite with a strong illustration portfolio.
* experience completing full digital illustration projects from sketch to final output.
* solid foundation in graphic design, composition, and visual storytelling.
* strong organizational skills for layer management and workflow clarity.
* excellent written and verbal communication to explain creative intent.
* ability to work independently in a remote environment.
