Position summary
maintain the equipment in the best operating conditions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance according to the annual total productive maintenance plan, to prevent accidents, equipment damage, or production downtime, while also ensuring compliance with parker's safety policies.
Responsibilities
plan and coordinate the total productive maintenance of the plant (using mp9).
Develop standard preventive maintenance work & upload in mp9 system.
Optimize as needed preventive maintenance & keep it updated.
Track & follow the pm yield metric & analyze findings & actions listed on the technician pm activity sheet.
Track & follow the corrective metric & analyze findings & actions due to corrective maintenance performed.
Audit & ensure the pm plan placed by the maintenance intern is completed on a monthly basis.
Audit the pm sheets made by the technician to ensure the activities are performed correctly.
Coordinate maintenance technicians.
Guarantee safety policies and ensure compliance with parker policies.
Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
education: bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience: 5 years in maintenance, project or personnel management.
English level: advanced english.
