- position basic purpose
support the ev/automotive quality system using the iso 9001:2015/iatf 16949 standard as the guideline with compliance to vda. Provide support to ev project teams and manufacturing team during new product development to ensure the project and customer expectations are met. Ensure the documentation and procedures used in the company are compliant to the appropriate customer standards and are followed, appropriately documented, and meet the customers' expectations/requirements. Supports the manufacturing and assembly processes, internal and outsourced, that are used to produce components and finished goods to ensure acceptable product quality and efficient production methodologies. Support the overall goals and objectives of the ev team.
- bachelor of science degree or equivalent.
- 5 years or more of experience in the field of process or quality engineering. Management experience advantage.
- automotive quality experience : minimum 3 years
- internal auditor trained (iatf or vda)
- knowledge of iatf & vda (vda training, 6.3 certification or formel q konkret an advantage)
- knowledge of core tools, continuous improvement methodology, erp systems, technical drawings, and iso standards
- 8d methodology.
- qms/certification standards: iso 9001, iatf 16949, vda, & iso 14001; jd edwards, core tools (apqp, ppap, fmea, msa, pcp, spc for automotive) troubleshooting/corrective action techniques (8d's and doe/5 why/ishikawa), audit techniques (internal auditor), lean manufacturing, risk management.
