Forvis mazars is seeking a financial due diligence
manager to join our rapidly growing transaction services team in
this role, you will lead and execute buy-side and sell-side
financial due diligence projects, conducting in-depth financial
analysis, identifying key risks and value drivers, and preparing
comprehensive financial reports for clients, including
international stakeholders. As a client-facing position, this role
requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work
independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and project-driven
environment. Job description. This role presents a unique

services practice. Key responsibilities include: - lead and execute
financial and accounting due diligence engagements. - analyze
historical and projected financial information to identify trends,
risks, and opportunities. - prepare high-quality due diligence
reports and presentations for clients and investors. - work closely
with cross-functional teams and clients, often across multiple
geographies and time zones. - assist in project planning and manage
engagement timelines and deliverables. - support business
development efforts, including proposal preparation and client
meetings. Qualification preferences: - bachelor's degree in
finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. -
cpa, chartered accountant, or other relevant professional
certification (preferred). - 5+ years of experience in financial
due diligence, audit, or financial consulting. - strong technical
skills in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. -
excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. - exceptional
attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - proven
ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. -
ability to work independently and remotely with minimal
supervision. - professional fluency in english (both written and
spoken) is required due to regular interaction with international
