As an instructional designer, you will be committed to optimally develop materials and learning objects based on the mapping and identification of training needs, aligned to the business or to the content that an expert can communicate
*key responsibilities*
- timely identify business needs.
- improve and implement proposals and strategies for the development of training programs within the comex university platform.
- efficiently produce storyboards or instructional scripts such as videos, micro e-learnings, infographics, manuals, and templates.
- follow up on program implementation.
- design learning tools based on instructional design models.
*qualifications*
- bachelor ´s degree in pedagogy, educational sciences, educational psychology, communication or similar.
- +4 years of proven experience as an instructional designer in training or technological innovation areas and attention to partner or business areas.
- english proficiency and strong communication.
- knowledge of methodologies such as addie, proficiency mapping and gamification, as well as educational platforms.
- at least 2 years of experience in a transnational or retail company is desirable.
