engineering level finished, mechanical level preferred with a medium-high english language, problem solving tools (8d and 5w's).
skills in autocad, quality tools (process capabilities), microsoft office, especially excel, basic statistical skills and drawing interpretation.
acknowledge of pfmea & dfmea disciplines.
tqm management and kaizen methods.
acknowledge in 6 sigma disciplines.
follow up program timing and budget management with milestones, reporting program progress throughout ptme tools, purchase orders generation and follow up to invoice payment, engineering specifications compliances (es, contamination, material spec, etc.).
understand 100% part prints and its stack up tolerancing for process follow up.
comply with quality requirement and regulations as per ford motor company policies.
manage in-station preparation for plant transitioning when is fully complied with ford specs.
teamwork continuously for team goals.
manage proper product deviations in a timely manner.
