Main Purpose
The role is responsible for mapping, analyzing, and maintaining a detailed view of the company’s manufacturing network, including production processes and installed capacity at a product and SKU level. This role provides critical analytical insights to compare current network capabilities against future business growth projections, enabling informed decisions related to network optimization, footprint strategy, and capital investments.
Key Responsibilities
Baseline & Network Capacity Analysis
- Collect, validate, and maintain data on manufacturing processes, production lines, and installed capacity across all plants (1–2 cycles per year; continuous update objective).
- Develop and maintain detailed capacity models at product and SKU level to assess current network capabilities.
- Analyze manufacturing network configuration versus business growth scenarios to identify gaps, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between analytical models and actual asset capacities.
- Prepare clear reports, analyses, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Project Development & Strategic Support
- Support strategic initiatives related to network design, manufacturing footprint optimization, and capacity expansion.
- Collaborate with Footprint Project Development team members to facilitate advanced modeling analyses using cutting-edge network design tools.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in operational profiling and capacity analytics across projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, manufacturing network design, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience using supply chain network design tools (e.g., Llamasoft, Optilogic, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in data modeling and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar.
