Customer service executive – confidential search
a well-established international manufacturing company with operations in mexico and a strong presence in global markets is seeking a customer service executive to join its team.
this role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, coordinating order management processes, and acting as the key link between customers and internal teams such as sales, production, and supply chain.
key responsibilities
* manage and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery.
* act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
* coordinate closely with internal departments including sales, planning, logistics, and production.
* resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.
* monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely communication with clients.
* support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or customer support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* strong organizational and communication skills.
* ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
* advanced english required.
