we are looking for a digital designer to join our internal creative and digital team within marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, motion graphics, interactive experiences, and digital design, who’s looking to develop and grow their creative and technical skills.
the digital designer will support creating engaging motion graphics for web and social media, assist in developing interactive experiences and landing pages using tools like figma, and help maintain brand consistency across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a solid understanding of typography fundamentals, and enthusiasm for blending creativity with technology.

key responsibilities
* motion graphics and video editing: assist in designing, animating, and editing motion graphics, including creating storyboards, style frames, and visual prototypes.
* web and interactive design: support the creation of websites, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences aligned to our design system, ensuring usability and visual integrity through tools such as figma.
* brand consistency: help ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across digital platforms, translating brand strategy into visually appealing digital executions, and collaborating with marketing and aor partners.
* collaboration and teamwork: actively participate in brainstorming sessions, share creative ideas, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
main requirements
* b. Degree level in design, multimedia, digital arts, or related field.
* 1-5 years of relevant creative/digital design experience.
* proficient in english (written and spoken).
* familiarity with adobe creative suite (especially after effects and premiere), figma, and basic understanding of genai tools.
* experience or demonstrated interest in motion graphics and video editing.
* solid understanding of fundamental design principles and typography.
* basic understanding or interest in digital channels
desirable requirements:
* basic experience or interest in 3d software.
* familiarity with pharma/healthcare industry.
