We are seeking a proven business development manager (bdm) or client partner with an established network of clients. This individual will be responsible for opening new doors, securing msas, and positioning our company as a preferred vendor for it talent.about the role

Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, relationship-building, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
Secure direct vendor agreements / msas with mid-market and enterprise companies.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships that expand revenue streams.
Qualifications
proven experience in it staffing/consulting selling directly to clients.
Demonstrated history of signing client accounts and growing them into sustained revenue.
Strong understanding of client onboarding, procurement/vendor management processes, and supplier diversity programs.
Ability to open doors with decision-makers (directors, vps, procurement, hr, it leaders).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
