*the job you will perform*:
- ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety.
- lead the hr center of excellence (coe) team.
- develop and implement project payroll strategies aligned with business objectives.
- oversee the deployment of payroll and time and attendance software.
- ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- manage hr processes and support the team post-implementation.
- collaborate with stakeholders to address payroll hr-related issues and improvements.
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of payroll hr programs and initiatives.
- provide guidance and support to hr team members.
- collaborate with hr and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal and governmental regulations and audit reporting requirements.
*the qualifications, skills and knowledge you will bring*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
- proven experience in hr processes and payroll administration.
- strong understanding of mexican labor laws.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- time management skills and ability to meet standards (productivity and quality) in a fast paced environment
