We are looking for a driven and hands-on marketing campaign to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on campaign ownership and offline activations. key responsibilities:
* lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and optimization
* drive offline activations, events, and brand campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement
* integrate online and offline marketing efforts to effectively drive traffic (e.g., social media, kols, influencers)
* collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful campaign delivery
* monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
must-have requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns
* proven ownership of campaigns (beyond execution or support roles)
core competencies (critical):
* strong ownership and execution ability
* clear thinking and problem-solving skills
* ability to independently drive projects forward
preferred qualifications:
* experience in offline activations, events, or brand campaigns (popup experience is a plus, not mandatory)
* experience integrating online and offline marketing strategies
* background in fashion, retail, or fmcg is a plus
* direct popup experience is a plus
