Job responsibilities: # responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting uih angio and other xr products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share; # collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives; # execute go-to-market strategy and plans to increase project winning rate; # identify and develop kol relations in key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products. # interface directly with prospects, and determine optimal system configurations accordingly; # create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects; # perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and bu to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development; # prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to customers, business channels, sales team, etc. # other tasks assigned by supervisors.qualification requirements: # bachelor degree or above in medical or other related areas; # typically 5+ years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging industry; # business acumen, communication, and management skills; # deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs; # open minded and strong entrepreneurshipkey competences: # knowledge of competitors' products # acquisition and analysis of competitors # customer demand mining and cultivation # project analysis # presentation skill
