copyedit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, consistency, tone, and regulatory compliance .
update and refine content, including statistical and financial data, ensuring accurate display across formats and channels.
verify facts, figures, and financial data to ensure error-free deliverables.
recommend edits based on audience needs and content objectives .
apply and maintain editorial standards using ap style, chicago manual of style, and internal brand guidelines .
ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
support workflows and contribute to the growth and structure of the content specialist function .
collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, compliance, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, english, marketing, or a related field.
