Role Purpose
You will support an enterprise in real estate by:

- Collecting, validating, and managing complex property tax data
- Facilitating property tax payments
- Maintaining accurate records in our software platform.

The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in tax operations while contributing to workflow improvements.

Core Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research across local/state tax authorities to identify, confirm, and validate property tax information.
- Enter and reconcile transactions in backend financial systems, ensuring credits and debits are accurately recorded and aligned with

customer tax payments.

- Input, audit, and validate property tax data in internal systems with high accuracy to

minimize errors.

- Independently investigate and resolve escalated property tax inquiries from

cross-functional teams and customers.

- Able to manage large volumes of tax data without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong ability to interpret complex public records and resolve ambiguous data.

Technical Proficiency

- Advanced Excel
- Comfortable with software platforms and databases
- Communication – Clear written and verbal communication for documenting findings and escalating issues.
- Problem-Solving – Resourceful in navigating fragmented tax authority systems and

resolving customer inquiries.

- Adaptability – Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where workflows are

evolving.

● Base salary 16,000 MXN per month
