Lead and participate in activities that contribute to value-add initiatives related to the ectc's (enterprise commercial technology center) tech portfolio. Collaborate with the us ectc team to drive improvements in the kpmg contract advantage (kca) process, with a focus on: data analytics and performance metrics. User acceptance testing (uat) procedures for new features to ensure quality and usability. Development and testing of ai prompting systems. Manage kriterion and oversee the overall master services agreement (msa) processing. Support the transition to the new archive solution that will replace the current cms. Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise commercial contracts office (ecco)playbooks. Assist in the buildout of the ecco core catalog, excluding request support. Engage in various ad-hoc ectc projects that require our assistance and expertise. Utilize dashboards to enhance data intelligence and insights. Collaborate with the enterprise contracting data analytics center to create new dashboards and reports tailored to project needs. Provide support for the state & local government (slg) kca platform to ensure optimal functionality. Document user stories for the development of new features and enhancements. Assist with defect tracking and exploring remediation options. Develop user-friendly training materials to facilitate onboarding and system usage. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in legal, business administration or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis, business analysis or similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on contract analysis and process improvement. Experience in testing and quality assurance practices, particularly in developing test plans and executing uat. Familiarity with business process analysis and documentation is a plus. Ability to build productive relationships with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders. Solid verbal/written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adhere to deadlines
