key responsibilities:
* collaborate with r&d, marketing, regulatory affairs, and operations teams to support activities in product design.
* create and maintain risk files consisting of risk management plans, hazard and risk analyses, failure mode and effects analyses, and risk management reports.
* analyze post-market surveillance data periodically to inform product development decisions.
* ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards.
* translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvements.
