lo que harás
como
analista de servicio técnico
, serás responsable de:
* brindar atención al cliente a través de diversos canales de comunicación.
* registrar solicitudes, asignar ingenieros y dar seguimiento en los sistemas internos.
* gestionar documentación y mantener información actualizada.
* participar en proyectos de mejora con impacto local o regional.
* registrar y mantener datos relacionados con el plan de calibración de herramientas de medición y monitoreo asignadas a los ingenieros de servicio.
lo que aportas
* formación: profesional en ingeniería biomédica o similares
* experiencia: mínimo 1 año en funciones similares (se considera experiencia como becario)..
* conocimientos y habilidades:
* análisis e interpretación de información.
* orientación al detalle y precisión.
* comunicación efectiva.
* autogestión e independencia.
* trabajo en equipo.
* resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
* capacidad para trabajar con sentido de urgencia.
