your role – director of business operations
you'll work across—and improve—critical areas of the business, including:
business development – support deals, partnerships, and market expansion
customer success – refine onboarding, retention, and support processes
finance – assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital efficiency
back office & trade settlement – streamline operational execution
must-have requirements
2+ years of experience at a top-tier firm (tech, consulting, finance, or equivalent)
strong desire to start your own company or become c-level at a major startup within 3 years
exceptional execution speed and a strong sense of urgency
nice-to-have
based near one of our offices (miami, mexico city, bogotá)
graduated (after *) from top school
2+ years at a top investment bank, management consulting firm, or top mba
proven track record in high-intensity, high-growth environments
