Monitoring and support: monitor production planning processes and workflows, identifying and resolving system issues and inefficiencies. Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that production processes are efficiently supported by sap systems. Training and documentation: provide training and support to end-users, and develop and maintain technical documentation related to the sap pp module. Qualifications education: a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, supply chain management, or a related field is typically required. Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience with the sap production planning module is preferred, along with practical experience in manufacturing or production environments.
