role overview:
we are looking for a site reliability engineer (sre) with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, observability, and network security. This role involves supporting global deployments for fwaas and ravpn, managing system alerts, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure in aws and neutrino environments.
key responsibilities:
• manage global deployment schedules of fwaas and ravpn across aws and neutrino infra.
• act on system alerts and follow runbooks to maintain system health.
• sustain and evolve monitoring/observability pipelines (dashboards, alerts, runbooks).
• troubleshoot and resolve network security issues including firewall configurations and vpn performance.
• provide support in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends.
• collaborate with devops, security, and network teams to enforce cloud security best practices.
