.mexico city, mex, mexico*and *1* more*(hybrid)*be the first to apply*this position reports to engineering manager of ford pro insure.key ford credit tsp organization facts- over 1,000 global team members- spread across 8 locations: usa, argentina, brazil, united kingdom, spain, germany, india, and chinaresponsibilities- analyze business requirements related to auto/commercial auto insurance domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.- participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.- develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.- facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.- work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.- assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.- identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.qualifications- p&c insurance industry experience required- bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the auto/commercial auto insurance domain.- strong understanding of saas platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions.- solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as agile, scrum, and waterfall.- experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.- strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- detail-oriented and highly organized.- knowledge of underwriting principles and practices, including risk assessment, pricing, and policy issuance.- familiarity with insurance products and coverages, including liability, property damage, bodily injury, and collision.- understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry, including state and federal regulations, industry standards, and best practices.- ability to interpret and analyze insurance data, such as loss ratios, claim frequency, and severity, to identify trends and patterns and recommend solutions.- knowledge of claims management processes, including claim reporting, investigation, settlement, and litigation management.- familiarity with insurance rating systems and methodologies, including rating algorithms, factors, and variables
