hr business partner acts as an active business partner for mexico distribution center in achieving business goals, strategies and objectives by facilitating and providing counsel and direction regarding employee relations issues, recruiting and talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and compliance.
assesses and anticipates hr-related needs, communicates needs proactively with hr department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
formulates partnerships across the hr function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.about the role- contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements aligned with the function and business strategy.
- analyze workforce trends and develop succession plans to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- serves as a coach and advisor to leaders to raise performance; drives consistent goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans; ensures full cycle execution and closure (100% completion).
- cascades hr policies; ensures consistent and equitable application; maintains up-to-date knowledge of labor/legal requirements and partners with legal to reduce risk, support audits, and ensure compliance.
- responsible of talent acquisition process for operative and administrative positions in mexico distribution center and execution of employee cycle (onboarding - offboarding)- optimize recruitment strategies using data analytics (turnover, absenteeism, capacity, cost) and market trends.
- supervise the incidents process of payroll ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance with local labor laws.
- oversee hr service providers (transportation, cafeteria, recruitment, training, wellbeing, etc.) for mx dc; sets requirements, slas, and performance evaluation; negotiates improvementsand ensures alignment with strategy and budget as applicable.
- identify learning and training needs to enhance individual and team performance and develop new skills in staff.
also, ensure the effective delivery of the program and support the business area to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning.skills & experienceexperience: 6+ years in hr strategy, employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and people management.education: bachelor/university - business administration, psychology or related fields or equivalent applicable experiencelanguage: fluent reading, writing, and speaking in english.additional skills & abilities- strategic thinking- interpersonal skills- ability to persuade and influence people.
