- generate actionable insights that inform product design, user experience improvements, and innovation strategies.

qualifications:

experience
*educational background*:
- bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- advanced degree (master's or mba) with a concentration in analytics, data science, or business intelligence is highly preferred.
*professional experience*:
- minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a data-driven role within consumer goods or a related industry.
- proven experience in managing and leading a product analytics or data science team.
- demonstrated ability in developing and executing analytics strategies that have driven product growth and improved user experience.
*technical skills*:
- expertise in analytical tools and technologies such as sql, tableau, google analytics, adobe analytics, and similar platforms.
