act as the primary hr contact for local leadership and employees, providing guidance on policies, practices, and compliance with labor laws, in accordance with corporate and legal standards.
Collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Manage evaluations for plant contract renewals, contract terminations, or staff departures and their appropriate documentation.
