*if you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards*:- define specifications of prototype machines / manage pilot equipment purchase in accordance to automation project needs.- define and own the guidelines for pur mold design and manufacture.- process representative in the gpm (global product management) team.- moderate the lpea team.- drive with lpea the definition and execution of the 1process strategy.- drive with lpea the definition and execution of plw improvement initiatives.- coordinate with lpea implementation of new process developed by gpd team (in gdp/gpp)- support the rfq team in quotes, and is owner of the ican std process content.- coordinate and drive process related audit activities (mps, robustness, pfmea go&see ) and monitor gap closure.- support, coordinate and drive process related yokoten activities (cat-a, nce, ll, best practices).- controls equipment build supplier selection and communalization, purchase maximization, machine-built standards.- consolidate and report capacity planning information globally.- capex reviewer verifying process design compliance to standards, machine builder selection, cost relevance, adequate capacity utilization.- master pfmea and process change approver.- consolidate reporting and reports.- provides technical support to divisions (launch, improvement, problem solving...).train ie teams, and optimize skillset globally, identifying resource sharing opportunities and creating a network of experts.- contribute to benchmarking process in his area i.e.
drive local ie teams to have each operation aligned with best operation in term of operation performance (productivity, flexibility, reliability and robustness, quality, capex efficiency...).
