we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced process improvement specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the process of continuous improvement through the excelencia operacional system and lean manufacturing tools.
the ideal candidate will be a key element within a team, facilitating tasks by connecting with different departments involved. Specific results include applying continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost (savings), process flow, and on-time product delivery.

the successful candidate must have:
* ing. Industrial / ing. Mechanical administrator or similar degree
* 2 years of experience in continuous improvement or similar fields

* intermediate-advanced english proficiency
