Qualifications
no previous experience in the position required.
A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
Strong problem‑solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
Fluent english communication skills.
Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
Ideally (but not required), a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related technical field.
