responsible for the thermo-fluid development of new products for güntner's standard units, in line with the latest technologies and market specifications.
this role involves ongoing research into technical topics and areas of interest related to thermo-fluids, new refrigerants, and refrigeration systems.
responsibilities
thermo-fluid development of new products
development and selection of new components for güntner products
develop and select new components such as fans, pumps, valves, sensors, etc.
create güntner specifications for newly developed components
research project management in thermo-fluids
lead and manage r&d projects related to thermo-fluids and new refrigeration technologies
research and development in thermo-fluids
conduct research on thermo-fluid topics applicable to güntner products
investigate trends in natural and synthetic refrigerants
explore new technologies (innovation, iot, industry 4.0, ai) applied to refrigeration systems or güntner products
support the innovation and concept validation department with calculations and topics related to thermo-fluids and refrigeration
assist the testing and validation department in preparing and executing performance, sound, and measurement tests
knowledge generation and sharing
create and maintain a specialized knowledge base ("know how map") in thermo-fluids and refrigeration
develop, update, and deliver internal training courses focused on thermo-fluids and refrigeration
requirements
minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration
