As a skilled pretty waitress at endless cafe, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your charming demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure that every customer has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
*responsibilities*:
- greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages.
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- address any guest concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next service.
- collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service.
- stay updated on menu changes, specials, and restaurant promotions.

- proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- attractive, well-groomed appearance with a friendly and approachable personality.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
