We have 2 open positions on our team
Role 1: English(C1-C2) + Hindi
Location: Dubai
Role 2: English C1-C2) + Spanish
Location: LATAM (preferably Colombia or Mexico — Bogotá, Medellín, CDMX, Guadalajara)
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
- Managing customer requests in CRM systems
- Collecting feedback to improve service
- Providing product walkthroughs and assisting with setup
- Working closely with technical, sales, and logistics teams
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in customer support or back office
- Experience in high-volume support (chat, calls, or email)
- Background in trading platforms, payments, or KYC
- Problem-solving mindset + strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a shift-based / 24/5 setup
- Experience in FX brokers or crypto exchanges is a must
Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom)
