about the role:
we are looking for an exceptional human resources generalist to join our team. As a key member of our hr department, you will be responsible for administering payroll systems, developing comprehensive training plans, overseeing various services, managing recruitment processes, administering employee programs, and communicating with stakeholders.
key responsibilities:
* payroll administration: administer payroll process through established systems.
* training development: develop and execute comprehensive training plans for personnel.
* operational oversight: oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services for seamless operations.
* recruitment management: manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
* employee engagement: administer employee programs to promote engagement and growth.
* communication planning: develop effective communication plans to engage stakeholders.
* onboarding support: participate in employee onboarding and induction activities for a smooth transition.
* disciplinary actions: apply disciplinary actions in accordance with internal work regulations.
* counseling and support: conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors, and representatives to address concerns.
* absenteeism interviews: perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions.
* new hire support: provide daily follow-up for new hires.
* hr reporting: prepare and deliver hr reports to inform business decisions.
requirements:
* education: bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
* experience: 3–5 years of hr experience, preferably in a generalist function, is essential.
* skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
* prioritization: ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
* environment: experience working in unionized environments is an advantage.
* technology: proficiency in hr systems, knowledge of tress is preferred.
