- administration of computer equipment, software, frequency radios & local network.

- to end users, know all relation of the use of internet and its risks.
- to follow the processes and security controls of hussmann.
- supervise and monitor the incidents and requests with the staff (technical support), in the website it service desk.
- administration and review the warranty and return the equipment's to dell leasing company on time.
