Job summary:we are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead our administrative and office operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.main responsibilities:provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and management to the administrative and office operations staff.collaborate with the mp and regional operations director to achieve short-and-long-term objectives for the market.ensure operational excellence through structural optimization and process efficiencies.communicate, support, and enforce company policies, procedures, and initiatives throughout the market.pipeline management and revenue reporting:oversee the crm system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.work closely with the mp to review pipeline reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.deal documentation and financial management:responsible for all incoming invoices using workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.collaborate with revenue accountants, brokerage coordinators, and fee-earners to review deal expenses associated with closed deals.recruiting and onboarding staff:lead the hiring process, ensuring proper onboarding and exit procedures are followed.coordinate with hr to ensure all necessary steps are taken when hiring, onboarding, or exiting local employees.requirements:demonstrated experience in operational management, preferably in the real estate industry.minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in operational and process management.supervisory experience of accounting processes and tasks.bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar degree preferred.
