They also verify kpi targets are met at the highest quality and analyze client performance to identify optimization paths moving forward.furthermore, tams develop scripts to automate, monitor, alert, and report on the production environment.bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering or similarproven strategic technical account manager experienceproven experience in tech support or in dataexcellent communication skills, including the ability to produce usable documentation and excellent presentationdemonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiativeknowledge of rest api, xml, json, and similar technologiesexperience working with databases, sql, tableau, powerbi or similarunderstanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application life cycleexperience/knowledge with build management and continuous integration toolsexperience in the travel industry is a plus
