Builds strategy and as-is analysis of current external data sources relevant to the sourcing function including supplier information, macroeconomic indicators, commodity pricing and adverse media.

3. experience skill for business flow understanding and expertise in data preparation and pre-processing
4. excel/access knowledge, including vba programming (to run / develop custom reports)
5. tableau, powerbi or any other visualization tool
