We seek a seasoned senior delivery manager to lead our technology department within the reinsurance division. This leadership role extends beyond a typical scrum master, requiring a strategic approach to managing iterative delivery.
1. extensive experience in agile project management, preferably in a delivery manager or similar role
2. strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as scrum, kanban, and lean
3. excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
4. experience in business liaison, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
5. familiarity with project deployment, change management, and business readiness activities
6. knowledge of internal compliance processes and relevant regulations
7. proficient in using agile project management tools, such as azure devops or jira
8. strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
9. ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

8. facilitate agile ceremonies: lead agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
9. cross-functional collaboration: work with other delivery managers, project managers, and it professionals to align with organizational objectives.
