About the Opportunity We are seeking a strategic client services professional with extensive digital marketing experience for Enterprise organizations. Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for regular communication with international stakeholders.
The Account Director is a client-facing leader responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. The role combines individual contribution with team collaboration, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with client goals and outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a well-rounded digital marketing background, thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, and can lead multiple enterprise-level clients. A data-centric problem-solving mindset is highly valued.
Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Mexico City, Mexico.
Responsibilities Lead account direction and cross-team coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital marketing solutions for clients across various industries.
Act as the front-line liaison with clients, with emphasis on organic search strategy and performance.
Serve as the go-to expert for client objectives and business goals, ensuring our work drives successful outcomes.
Manage relationships with Director, VP, and C-level client stakeholders.
Lead cross-department teams to develop coherent marketing strategies that align NP Digital’s offerings with client goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business aligned with NP Digital capabilities.
Identify obstacles and risks that could impact budgets and resources.
About You 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, including Performance Marketing and Integrated Digital Strategy.
3+ years of demonstrated experience leading Enterprise-level clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to exceptional client service.
Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Proven experience developing complex, integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Content and other Performance Marketing channels.
Experience building and growing client relationships at VP/C-level.
Experience managing and developing teams or cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of data and analytics principles.
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications are helpful.
