What you will do develop and debug gui software for new product designs and collaborate with hardware engineers to tackle technical challenges. Perform design verification activities to ensure products meet and exceed customer expectations. Lead gui-related engineering change requests (ecrs) while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Support product testing by collaborating with reliability labs and resolving firmware-related issues. Train and mentor assistant engineers and technicians, fostering development and knowledge-sharing within the team. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues. Contribute to molex's total quality management, six sigma, and iso initiatives by adhering to policies and procedures. Who you are (basic qualifications) bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or a related field. Proven experience in software design or r&d, with a focus on gui development for electronic products. Proficiency in gui design using editor tools (labview) and programming languages such as vb, vc, or c++. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced english skills for international collaboration. Demonstrated ability to solve technical issues and optimize engineering processes. What will put you ahead experience designing software for transceiver products. Familiarity with gui design processes and the ability to use at least two programming languages for gui development. Knowledge and hands-on experience with test system development and optimization.
