 
        
        Core molding technologies is hiring a business development manager to grow customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue in key markets.in this role, you'll lead sales initiatives, manage accounts, and work cross-functionally to align business growth with strategic goals.responsibilities- identify and pursue new business opportunities across key product lines- manage existing accounts and act as the primary customer contact- build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet growth targets- collaborate with internal teams (marketing, solutions group, finance, etc.) to support customer needs- analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide strategy- deliver proposals, pricing models, and presentations to clients- support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business goals- represent the company at industry events and trade shows- use crm and reporting tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity- contribute to continuous improvement of sales processesqualifications- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management- proven success managing pipelines and hitting revenue goals- strong relationship-building and negotiation skills- bilingual- proficient in crm software and microsoft office suite- ability to interpret market data and financial reports- fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written)preferred- experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors- familiarity with pricing strategies and contract negotiationsjob details- schedule: monday to friday- travel: up to 50% (customer visits, trade shows, industry events)- work environment: office and occasional shop floor exposure- physical requirements: occasionally lift/move up to 10 lbswhy join us- competitive compensation and benefits- opportunities to lead high-impact growth initiativesrecruiterswe do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies.
