Job Description
- Make outbound calls or send messages to assigned customers to build strong, positive relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified timeframe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Present, promote, and sell services effectively using persuasive arguments to prospective customers.
- Acquire comprehensive job knowledge, respond promptly and accurately to customer demands, and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, providing real-time technical support for initial troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify, summarize, and verify potential issues from client feedback; escalate to relevant departments or propose actionable suggestions to support business improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
- Handle community group or social media
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Languages: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Equipment: Candidate must have their own device for work.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account manager role with set targets.
- Skills: Resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong multitasking skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading, investment, cryptocurrency, and the futures market is an advantage.
- Customer Service: Empathetic and patient in challenging customer interactions.
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote position.
