*resumen*:
- desarrollar la marca y las ventas del portfolio de productos de custom culinary® en la regin norte con foco en el mercado de foodservices a través de distribuidores y el canal retail.
*responsabilidades principales*:
- implementar la estrategia de retencin, adquisicin, penetracin e innovacin con los principales distribuidores de foodservices en su regin.
- estimar y asegurar el volumen, ventas y rentabilidad en el plan operativo anual.
- promover, entrenar e incentivar el portfolio de custom culinary® con la fuerza de ventas de los distribuidores de foodservices en su regin.
- asegurar planes para cumplir los objetivos mensuales y anuales en términos de volumen, ventas y rentabilidad
- desarrollar agenda de campo, administrativa y viajes frecuentes en la regin.
*conocimientos y experiência*:
- administracin, negocios, mercadotecnia, artes culinarias.
- experiência en ventas.
- trabajo previo en quala, zaaschila, pilgrim´s.
- habilidad numérica, excel avanzado, tablas dinámicas, gráficas, reportes.
- microsoft office, y power point.
- ingles 100%.
