what you’ll do
* manage the full recruitment lifecycle for it roles (from intake to offer).
* partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and team culture.
* source top‑tier candidates through linkedin, networks, communities, and creative strategies.
* screen resumes and conduct engaging initial interviews.
* coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
* keep candidates informed and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
* maintain the ats updated and help optimize our recruiting processes.
what we’re looking for
* 4–5 years of experience in it recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
* experience using ats tools, linkedin recruiter, or boolean search is a plus.
* strong communication skills in english and spanish.
* love talking to people and building relationships.
* comfortable discussing tech roles (even if you’re not an engineer).
* enjoy fast‑paced environments where every day looks a little different.
* can balance multiple roles, tasks, and conversations in parallel.
* combine organization with a friendly, human touch.
