- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business consulting.
- advanced english proficiency.
- expertise in sql and python is a must.
- proficient in microsoft excel.
- proven ability to craft and deliver insights through compelling presentations.
- strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- experience in multi-country environments with regular client engagement.

- familiarity with automation processes and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
