• previous experience as resort manager, director of operations, eam.
• fluent in spanish since will lead all the operational departments.
• knowledge in forbes standards and quality focus.
• understanding of p&l and financial performance.
• he or she will be my second on board and gm representative in his absence; the candidate should match with gm leadership vision: colleagues and guests experience oriented, business oriented, good communicational and relationship skills, positive attitude, energy, and dynamism ( never stop thinking what's next, innovation, creativity and build teams who think out of the box and also somebody who loves to compete).compensation and benefits:• exceptional base salary (us$ 8500 per month ++ commensurate with experience)
• bonus: annual bonus 20% depending on kpis compliance
• vacation policy for this position: 21 days of vacation for every 12 months of continuous service
• christmas bonus: 15 days of the salary before december 20th
• food vouchers: $400 (four hundred pesos)monthly net
• housing: range from $40,000 to $45,000 monthly gross
• annual home leave flight ticket, family members included
• saving fund bonus 4%
