We’re looking for a performance-obsessed, analytically sharp growth marketing manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, owns paid performance, and is relentless in identifying and unlocking growth opportunities.
we are a lean, entrepreneurial, multi‑brand pet products company operating at 8‑figure scale. Every team member directly impacts business performance — and this role is central to driving our next stage of growth.
responsibilities
* own strategy and performance across all paid acquisition channels including meta, google, tiktok, amazon ads, walmart, chewy, and more
* manage and optimize agency relationships to ensure kpi accountability and continuous performance improvement
* serve as the primary point of contact for growth performance reporting, reporting directly to the ceo
* analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, including wow, mom, and yoy trends
* leverage tools such as ga4, triple whale, shopify, and ad platforms to identify insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
* manage and scale marketplace performance across amazon, walmart, and chewy (paid and organic strategies)
qualifications
* 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
* experience using tools such as ga4, klaviyo, triple whale, shopify, tiktok ads, amazon ads, and meta ads manager
* experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable to performance kpis
* bonus: experience in subscription-based e‑commerce or pet industry brands
