As a payroll supervisor, you will responable our all payroll system at sct plant
your contribution:
* reviewand evaluation of employee attendance
* receiving and registering disability claims from the mexican social security institute (imss).
* administration, data entry, and execution of the payroll process in sap system
* preparation of payroll cover sheets and filing of backup folders.
* assisting employees with payroll process clarifications.
* preparation of weekly absenteeism reports.
* monitoring employee absenteeism.
* preparation of monthly payroll reports.
* data entry for updating information kiosks.
* administration and payment of child support payments.
* analysis, evaluation, and authorization of savings fund loans.
your experience& qualifications:
* 5 experience in the payroll process
* knowledge of the sap system
* excel domain
