· remains current on ehs trends, practices and legal issues.
· implementation of human performance and behavioral initiatives towards development and deployment of an interdependent ehs culture for nava brewery· establish all necessary process safety initiatives aim to obtain ehs operational discipline and operational excellence at the nava brewery.
· develop sustainability initiatives regarding waste management, recycling, energy and water reduction, life cycle assessment and environmental education for nava brewery.
· assigns or conducts planned safety audits, walks, observations and behavioural based safety (bbs) programs, reviewing results using statistical evaluation, audit reports and feedback.
· develop proactive and preventive actions coming from trend analysis and information related to human performance, process safety and sustainability initiatives.
· interfaces with estimating/budgeting team by assisting in cost evaluation and program design during budgeting process at nava brewery.
